ABOUT JM CONSTRUCTION
JM Construction and Engineering was founded in 2000 as an industrial job shop to fabricate and install process equipment, process piping, and perform industrial maintenance.
The combination of engineering, fabrication, construction management, and installation expertise make J M Construction and Engineering a leader in its field. We provide our customers a full service capability for a wide range of industrial construction and maintenance services to maximize production.
All projects are managed by experienced project managers, supported by our highly trained engineering staff and shop personnel. Certified with a class A engineering license, we are equipped and cultivated to handle any project, no job is too big or small.

LOCATIONS
Located in the center of California’s central valley, our 20,000 sq. ft. Fabrication shop sits on 6 acres in Ballico, California, 15 miles south of Modesto. In Turlock California our manufacturing facility is a 40,000 sq. ft. on 10 acres.

WATERJET
JM Construction & Engineering is equipped with the latest Flow Mach 4c Series abrasive Waterjet, with a stream that travels 3x the speed of sound.
The Mach 4c Series has an ultra-high pressure pump with a hyper-intensifier that allows 94,000 PSI that can cut any material from foam to steel with no heat affected zones for a clean cut. This is an extremely versatile process that enables any project to be completed. With the Mach 4 we have increased our capabilities; we are able to design and create like never before, linear motions and unrivaled precision to make any project possible. Our 60,000 PSI intensifier waterjet is capable of some of the qualities our Mach 4 series has.

Picture shows a “Tetra-Pak” carton filling line for tomato sauce that was installed by JMCE. This project included the filling line (shown here) as well as the heat/cool tunnel, the case packer and the palletizer. All air, water and steam piping was also engineered/installed by JMCE.
The pictures show the Oakland Tribune Building remodel project. As the structural steel contractor, JMCE fabricated and installed the beams, columns, marquees and elevator support structure. We also designed, fabricated and installed two concrete-filled stairways and landings for each side of the building.
Picture shows our “Fab Shop in a Trailer” parked at a customer’s facility. The trailer has a shear, brake, drill press, welders, etc. Here we custom make motor guards on site.
J M Construction & Engineering designed, built and installed this conveyor to fit customer’s needs.
J M Construction & Engineering fabricated this stainless steel tank, with accompanying flume and catwalks in our shop, then our truck delivered it to the job site.
